Next steps

2027

The first stage of this project saw the construction of the first three multi-storey buildings with dedicated, secure access for trucks and other vehicles. 8,200m2 of floor space and and 3,200m2 of warehousing and workshops. A comfortable 160-space parking lot completes the offer.

The second stage of the project, with the emergence of the last three buildings, completes the POLYPRIME project as a whole, a versatile, scalable vision, fully adapted to operational realities and business needs.

Future Croix-du-Péage streetcar terminus

The "streetcar" is undoubtedly the next major player in multimodal, sustainable mobility, synonymous with a new quality of life for western Lausanne. quality of life for the western part of Lausanne. The route, currently under construction, will link Lausanne to Villars-Sainte-Croix by 2029. The Croix-du-Péage station will be built at the foot of the POLYPRIME complex.
